Associates were efficient and pleasant to deal with.
There was a clear lack of professionalism. My family and I had to walk in the cold to pick up the car we had scheduled for 8:00 a.m., only to be told upon arrival that our reserved vehicle was not available and that another one might be ready in approximately 40 minutes. Totally unprofessional, especially since we had a trip planned with a clear schedule. Fault to the manager, obviously.
