Horrible customer Service. ICBC authorized a car rental after an accident that wasn’t our fault, they asked us for 100.00 for deposit which first off if ICBC is paying then why do I have to but fine. Then they proceeded to make the process the most difficult thing ever. They don’t take pre paid credit cards which is all I have and I need to basically sell a kidney to pay via visa debit. It’s renting a car not weapons grade plutonium. Absolutely ridiculous
We had to rent a car while ours was being repaired. Every staff member I dealt with was professional and courteous. They made me feel like a valued customer. I would highly recommend this location because the service is amazing!

Very disappointing experience with Enterprise at the Marine Drive location. The staff are not reliable at all — every employee gives different information and different policies. They mislead customers just to make them pay the maximum amount possible. When I first rented the car, I was clearly told that I could extend the rental for another month at the same rate after the initial 28 days.
