Ashley S took a really terrible and frustrating day and turned it right around. She could tell immediately we were in distress after we had spent the entire day making reservations with car rentals through Expedia - only to find the company did not accept the one brand of credit card I used and didn’t talk with me to find any alternatives. She was very kind and worked with us to find a vehicle in our price range and helped us have a great vacation! Thanks Ashley!
