Terrible ! Don’t come here to elsewhere I think they’re understaff and majority of the staff can’t be bothered to provide basic customer service or even acknowledge you. I took my business elsewhere
I rent extensively from Enterprise and this location sucks: they didnt have ANYTHING near to the type of vehicle I ordered, stuck me in a fleet vehicle with more issues than a vehicle with less than 10k miles should have and messed up rental extension but I wouldnt have found about it had I not followed up to make sure. If you have to, go to the Brookline branch when they're up and running again because this one isnt worth the time, effort and certainly not the money
Bad service. I have an international drivers license and US drivers license (I passed the road test but haven’t received the physical license yet). The day before my car rental, I went to their store to check in person and they said it works. At time of my pickup, I showed all required documents and use my debit card… they said they cannot accept my debit card and only accept credit card. But they never tell me that before.
