Very helpful and knowledgeable staff
I had a great experience here as my car was in the shop and icbc was covering the rental. I was met with lovely customer service when I picked up the car and dropped it off. There wasn’t a “big selection” of cars I could choose from however I was pleased with what I got for my daily travels. I’m sorry I didn’t catch the names of my the representatives that checked me in and out but big thank you to them and Norman for being my shuttle driver both times.

Charged me $283 for no reason when the body shop already paid out my rental car bill. It means they are double-charging customers. They promised to give me back a refund but after more than 2 weeks, there is still nothing happening. I will avoid this scammer in the future.
Went to the location at Bridgeport Way in Richmond, BC Canada and the service was too notch. They picked me up from the body shop where I had service done, and the employees were all very friendly and helpful. Weill definitely consider renting from Enterprise again if needed.
