Extremely disappointed with the way my elderly father was treated at Enterprise. He was returning a courtesy car provided through an ICBC claim (Tristar). The staff did an inspection and confirmed there was no damage. But when he went to the counter, the rep suddenly told him he owed $700. My dad was confused and explained it was part of an ICBC claim, but the rep kept insisting he needed to pay on the spot.
