Really great and attentive staff at the location we rented from in Richmond BC. Professional and friendly and went out of their way to get us on the road as quickly as they could…even though they were short staffed that day. Haven’t had customer service like that in a long time. 5 Star all the way.

They seemed to have deleted my review, so lemme just leave it here again..... The staff here were neither friendly nor helpful, particularly the two women at the front desk. I rented a car from this location and immediately had some issues, the Bluetooth didn’t work and the car had a bad odor. When I mentioned this, they offered me a larger vehicle, but I had specifically booked a small car and wanted something similar.
