Vey professional, polite and courteous. I even had the pleasure of getting a beautiful red muscle car as a rental that was dope. Highly recommend the New Britain spot. Thank you enterprise for the experience.

Horrible experience and possibly even fraudulent behavior. We were charged several extra days after RETURNING the vehicle ON TIME. They continued to lie for MONTHS with a constant back and forth that resulted in Enterprise Corporate siding with us after realizing the strange behavior of this shady location. Stay away from this place at all costs unless you are cool with being totally ripped off.
