Horrible experience and possibly even fraudulent behavior. We were charged several extra days after RETURNING the vehicle ON TIME. They continued to lie for MONTHS with a constant back and forth that resulted in Enterprise Corporate siding with us after realizing the strange behavior of this shady location. Stay away from this place at all costs unless you are cool with being totally ripped off.
Giving two stars because it was very easy to pick up and rent our Van for the bachelor party. dropped it off on time and was overcharged 3 additional days! Calling and explaining all the details they refused to give us a refund.

I had a reservation for 3:30 PM and arrived on time to pick up the car. Upon arrival, I was told there were no cars available and that there was no estimate for when one might be ready. The representative on site seemed unaware of the situation, and when I asked to speak with a manager, I was advised to go to Bradley Airport because they didn’t believe I’d be able to get a car that day.
