The staff is knowledgeable and very professional. Cars are very nice and well maintained. It is the only place that I go.
The car was ready to go when I got there. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient. It was a great experience.
This is the state of the vehicles they let you rent. It’s bad enough the reservation system is never updated and they let you reserve vehicles they don’t even have. And when you find a location that actually has a vehicle it leaks on the inside. 70k miles on this rental, I find it hard to believe this is the first time it’s happened. I just had by far the worst experience that I ever had at enterprise car rental. I am a frequent renter and I have never had a problem with any of your rental agents until today.
