After some reservation issues that were no fault of the workers Zuhab and the folks at the Windsor location came in clutch and saved our weekend trip. Great on site customer service.
Rich at Windsor, CT has great customer service and is very respectful. He has good interpersonal and social skills.
I did not like the customer service at this location at all. I will not rent from this location again.
Best place to Rent a car. I always tell my friends to go to Enterprise. I happened to go to the one in Windsor, CT. I found Joe in particular to be very helpful. He was a one man show dealing with everything alone that day and never skipped a beat. I will definitely be back again. Cynthia Folson
