I don't think I will ever go anywhere else. The people are welcoming. They acknowledge your presence while waiting. Offer you water. So you are treated in a friendly fashion. The staff is very helpful and patient. Be sure to let Fred, the manager know his staff is doing a very good job at serving their customers...He has helped me with my rental more than once...He is the best...Thank you Fred!
They have been awesome! I always get a very nice vehicle and the staff on Mason in Katy are great! The rates are not bad either!
Have been their regular customer. Friendly associated having variety of cars to accommodate and suit the cliental. Advantage they have over others is the FREE PICK UP AND DROP facility they provide.
I rent at least 3 times a month from this location. Each time, the customer service is outstanding! ! The entire staff is friendly and so helpful! !! Great people, great service, and great cars!
