Had a great experience with Enterprise. We noticed a small issue with the vehicle after we were already too far to turn around, but Sofia made it right when I returned the vehicle. She was professional, courteous, and handled everything quickly and smoothly. Great customer service like that really makes a difference.

I was staying on base at the RV park and saw that they did on-base pickups for rentals. I booked a rental car for my family and then immediately called asking for a pickup. The person on the other end seemed very helpful, asking their manager and calling back to tell me pickup had been arranged within an hour of my rental start time. Need to clean their cars better, some stuff is left behind by previous drivers so make sure to check everywhere before you take off from the lot. Staff were great though, very helpful. They don’t pick up their phones so just pull up and hope they aren’t out for lunch.
Randomly closed for business while we had an existing reservation. Still waiting for somebody to show up from their lunch break @ 430pm
