Rude employees. Poor customer service. Terrible and limited selection of cars. Inexperienced staff and inconsistent communication. I was given a vehicle that had damage in various parts of the vehicle. The car was haphazardly cleaned in the few minutes before I rented it. Still smelled kind of funky. Do yourself a favor and check out another rental company.

I needed a car at the last minute while I was on a trip to Santa Monica a couple months ago. Big thanks to Johnny, the branch rental manager, for being so responsive, friendly, and helpful. He was able to offer me a car immediately and the vehicle was so nice and clean. I would definitely rent a car here again. Thank you!
