I definitely recommend this location. The employees are very nice and helpful, living 15 minutes away they were able to drop off my rental while my own car was getting a repair at Santa Monica Ford, and when I returned it (which took just a couple of minutes to complete) they gave me a ride to pick up my car. If your car is being repaired at SM Ford this is their affiliated rental car location so have them give your number to Enterprise who will then call you with a discount for your rental.

Enterprise loaned me a car with less than 24 hours notice after Avis cancelled with less than 24 hours and they were not at all helpful or concerned with helping me find a new car or compensation for the situation. Everyone I dealt with was kind and customer oriented.

Brenda and her colleague (I didn’t get his name, unfortunately) were incredible…a true asset to your company:) They went above and beyond…professional, helpful and fast. I will make sure to pass my experience along to friends and colleagues. We live in a very different world where customer service is dwindling…they gave me hope!

This Enterprise location is 10/10 in customer service. Brenda and the other girl with her are so helpful and we’re so easy with the check-in and check-out process

Miranda the person who took charge of my rental (Santa Monica location) provided fantastic service - courteous, professional and effective. The F150 I rented was great and both the pickup and return processes were efficient and smooth. Thank you.
