I got a rental from this Enterprise location while my car was in the shop. The staff here are great! Very efficient, friendly, and communicative. Since my insurance was covering the rental during repairs, Enterprise made sure the paperwork was in order so I had the rental for as long as needed. I didn’t have to worry about keeping Enterprise in the loop on the repair timeline - they took care of it all! The car I got was great, too. Love this place! Best enterprise in LA. Monica is really wonderful too.
I had a reservation for a car before I headed for an important meeting, they kept me waiting for an hour while they attended to others and surprise me to share that they had no car but they had the reservation. Very casual no responsibility to serve the customer, the representatives didn't care a damn. Unfortunate to see this from enterprise
