After erroneously being billed for an extra day's rental car which I should not have been billed, I've been given the run-around for 48 days so far with no sight of my refund. I was finally told 3 weeks ago that my refund had been submitted for processing & I should see my credit within a few days- today is day 19 after being told my refund would appear in the next few days & now they have not answered my calls the last 2 days I've phoned (I assume they recognize my name when I call by now). Beyond frustrating.
The guys were awesome- even offered to give me another car when they found out the one they rented me had no gas! Excellent service!
I must say I was really surprised with the excellent service I received. I was greeted with a smile and the rental process was painless. The staff made the process very easy.
The staff at this location is EXCELLENT! Tee, Andrew, and Jason took care of me while my truck was serviced at Arrigo. They were professional and demonstrated high-skilled customer service! They are well qualified to assist with any situation. It was my pleasure dealing with them!
