Extremely slow check in
Horrible, slow, and rude. Now I'm also dealing with a BS charge they said I returned the car late (which I did not). Will never, ever rent from here again!
Go early because this office is sooooo slow. They should give you a bonus day cause that's how long it takes to get taken care of. Grrrrrrr
