Jacob was very helpful and professional. I had to extend my rental several times and switch drop-offs and he made it simple for me. Car was great as the traction control on the RAV4 makes it one of the safest midsize economy vehicles in the market, and everything worked well in it.

I have been coming to this Enterprise for many years, and unfortunately the cleanliness of the cars have deteriorated severely. When customers rent cars for hundreds of dollars (in my case, I rented for a week), there is an expectation that the interior is cleaned and presentable. I have had to clean cars after picking them up from this location multiple times. I went there to pick up a car 30 minutes before they closing. The stuff was very friendly went above and beyond to satisfy all the needs, special Thanks to Natalia that helped me to arrange car pick up and drop off at other location. Very great service thank you guys.
