The gentleman who took my reservation over the phone was very helpful and pleasant. The Agents at the Agencies where one picks up and drop off were very nice and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend Enterprise.

I will start this review by saying if I could give this location less than one star I would have. I spoke to their office manager, who was very rude and condescending to the point where I had to hang up the phone on her when I told her I’ve had a reservation for over one month. And now that I’m supposed to pick up the car, they’re telling me that you do not have the vehicle that I So patiently waited for. I have. Been waited over a month for my deposit. I was not informed that they sent me a check. The check never arrived. I've been calling. The branch and the managers are never available. I get every excuse in the book. The young lady Danielle is very rude and nasty to the customers. I already have called corporate. I'm waiting for them to call back as well.
