In was good until I rented a car that was having break problems and tire problems.

Very slow service and they never have the pre booked car available when I go to pickup at this location, also I’ve never been pre warned that that they have no car available prior to pickup even though the booking has been confirmed. This time round took over hr and half before I was able to pickup a suitable car. This is the fourth time in a row that this has happened through the Downtown Branch
