The people great, made it quick and easy to get us into a rental.
Friendly Service but PG Airport needs to provide better signage for the rental car parking lot.
Booked a rental, went to pick up my keys when I arrived from my flight to be told that they had cancelled my reservation. The guys working had no idea why it had been cancelled and I didn’t receive a cancellation email. They had no vehicles to accommodate me. Gave me a cab voucher and told me they would call me the next day with a solution. They never phoned. Incredibly inconvenient and poor business practice. Will absolutely be renting through someone else.
