I needed a car at the last minute. Called them and they pick me up at the a car dealership. The process was quick and easy. I even got a ride back to the dealership to pick up my car the next day. Great people.
Don't bother. Employees are rude and service is terrible. Be prepared to wait a long time to both get a car and to drop it back off. Double check your credit card account that you provide to them even if an insurance company is picking up the bill. The vehicle I received was in terrible condition, the brakes and seat belts did not work properly, and when I expressed that to them I was told "Oh well, I think we will be selling it now anyway so you are probably the last person that will ever rent the car".
