Ryan was awesome. Our truck was at Quebedaux and he found us the same truck so we would be comfortable driving what we already knew and were familiar with. They were very flexible on return date. They even picked the truck up at the service center. Awesome experience.
Poor customer service. It's been a week of waiting and never received a call back with an update. I called the office and as I was explaining the issue Ryan just disconnects the call. I called back and no answer at all.
I reserved the rental on line and when I made it to the location the gentleman that assisted me, I think his name was Ryan, was very kind and helpful. The whole process was fast and easy.
Clean car, and the staff was both efficient and reasonable. Great experience
