Enterprise does just ok. I pre-reserved and picked up the car on time. Long wait. But they overcharged me for gas and after two calls to the toll-free number, it is still not resolved. I did the pre-pay for gas at $1.97/gal. I used 1/4 tank and they charged me $19.93 on my final bill for gas. The first guy I called said they would refund me for it. One week later, It is still not showing up as credit on my bill. I'm not happy with customer service. They are dishonest.
a great staff esp {LUCHIE} very friendly and answered all of my questions. on time delivery of my rental. I use this location quite often.
I had to rent a car recently & I rented it from this location. I had the vehicle for two weeks and drove to San Diego and back. Vince & Laura were great and provided assitance to me during the two weeks when I had questions as well. I have always used Enterprise whenever I have needed a vehicle. Thanks!
