Great service staff my go to location for rentals
Enterprise car rental is consistently professional, courteous, and ready to help whatever my need is. I highly recommend this rental agency, and especially this particular location.
My vehicle was down and I was literally walking and praying when I found myself in the parking lot of Enterprise! The ladies at the counter saw my distress and went above and beyond to help get me down the road! Renting was a breeze and the vehicle I was placed with was awesome! It was clean! It was affordable! And the unlimited mileage and full tank of gas were such a blessing! The entire process, from pick up to return was effortless! I would not go anywhere else!
I was in a car accident and needed a rental car that felt safe. The car insurance company originally only confirmed a Subcompact car. After asking for a larger safer vehicle, they called the insurance people and was upgraded at no charge to a Toyota RAV4. The return date wasn’t clear and when I returned the car was told I may have to pay the additional days. The agents went above and beyond to make sure I wouldn’t. I will also be getting my deposit back. I appreciate the extra care during a very stressful time.
The ease of the reservation process... the customer service from them picking me up through me dropping off the vehicle... the vehicle itself... all around, the entire experience was exceptional.
