Fast, friendly employees. Clean cars, well kept. I had accidentally reserved at a different location but the girl working the front changed my reservations and was so sweet and friendly about it. Thanks again!!
Exceptional customer service. I mean, top notch.
My first car had a piece hanging down under the car. I got it replaced, and they were quick and responsive. I returned my car 30min before they opened today. They never updated the status of my rental, and I've been calling and calling and sitting on hold for long periods of time, and I can't get a hold of anyone now to ensure they got the keys, get my account updated, and my deposit returned. Awful service overall.
Not just this company but this location is the only place I go to for rentals they never fail me everyone is always great I'm always taken care of. Moved to the area from San Antonio in 2015 rented many times since and its only been from this location and it will never change. I highly recommend this specific location if your needing a rental.
