Bee/Bussarat H. was just amazing. An actual lifesaver. We rented a Lucid from Turo for our honeymoon that broke down on the first night and spent the rest of that night and all of that morning trying to find a rental car, which seemed like an impossible task because all the cars from every company were rented out (we got cancelled on twice, one being as we were arriving in our Uber). On a whim we went up to Bee’s counter and she said she had no cars available at that moment but would have someone dropping off in 30 minutes! ... read more
I have had some absolutely horrendous experiences renting cars lately, from Sixt who accused me of returning a damaged car (That was not even the one I rented!!! And this nightmare took four months to resolve!) and Dollar/Hertz who overcharged me $985 after I returned my prepaid rental of $174 (30 days later they still have my stolen money in their possession although they claim they returning it someday.
