Great friendly staff picking up your car and dropping it off
Horrendous customer service. Sales person makes lies and excuses, dishonest and rude. Pressured me to sign some agreement at 4 spots without explaining to me what I’m signing for and doesn’t give me anytime to read what I’m signing.
Very bad and rude customer service. Booked a luxury SUV, got the car unclean and dirty. Got a packet of weed underneath the rear car seat. Requested to add damage wavier and representative rejected the request. We decided to get the rental car for stress free, but this branch made us more stressful during the journey. Went to another branch and they added damage wavier. It’s the first time for me that the enterprise rejecting the business. Simar & Kendra were amazing I love coming to this location and having them help me!:)
They were very pleasant but the guy who gave me the rental over exaggerated the room of the vehicle. I wanted a SUV for a 6 day trip with 4 adults and 2 children plus luggage this was not it. We had to do some major packing to fit everything in for the trip. The other problem had nothing to do with the customer service reps at the front but more on the guys who clean the vehicles after a rental. We found food and dog hair under the seats and on the seats so they really didn't do a great job of cleaning before renting it out.... read more
