The staff were polite, accommodating and very professional. Customer Service was excellent. My husband and I were having issues being able to get the rental car back to the original location. Due to my disability, their manager told us to bring the vehicle to their Wharncliffe location and they in turn would bring us to WOCC to pick up our vehicle after repairs were done. AMAZING!
If you need a rental then Mitch the branch manager is your man. What a smooth process from picking up to drop off. Car was nice and clean. Staff is extremely friendly. Thanks to entire enterprise staff at wharncliffe especially Mitch!!
I'll start by saying its my fault for not checking before dropping the car off. I rented a Mazda 3 for 5 days and my son had left a few toys in the center console. I call in the next day and was informed the car had been rented. When the car came back there was nothing in the center console and was informed the persons who rented it didn't see anything which seems rather suspicious as I remember seeing them in there before I brought it to be dropped off
Everything was taken care of for me. The entire experience was positive and I was left with nothing to worry about. A great big 'thanks' to all the staff.
