It was a pleasure meeting Alaja Young-Keyes, Management Trainee at the 211 FM 1960 Road West, Houston, TX location. She was professional and made sure that I was properly updated on the mechanics of the vehicle. Not only that, by the time I turned the vehicle in after purchasing my new SUV, I locked my phones in the rental after-hours. She was very helpful in making sure that I was able to get both of my phones the next morning.

They rented me a car with previous damage, I pointed it out up front. The agent advised it was already documented and then took more pictures with his tablet. When I returned it another agent immediately asked if I had damaged the car, I advised no it was damaged when you gave it to me. I advised the previous agent took pictures too, the current agent proceeded to advise that's not anywhere in their records. So you're calling me a lie, luckily I had taken pictures on my phone too.
