The rental company forces you to give a credit card to take possession of the rental vehicle. Without any notice to me, they began charging my card after the insurance company believed they were no longer liable to pay for the rental. I have contacted my bank to reverse these charges and will be in touch with Enterprise to discuss this in greater detail.

I don’t understand how this location can have people like Fernando in supervisory positions when they clearly show no willingness to work or provide good service. It’s very disappointing that a company would trust supervisory responsibilities to people who don’t demonstrate commitment or professionalism. The service I received was very poor, and the entire experience was extremely disappointing.
