Check out was great. Guy was very friendly and helpful. But after turning in my car, have not gotten a confirmation call on my return. Had to drive up during the weekend just to make sure they had taken the car. Seems poorly managed. Understaffed.
I bought a car here and it was the best thing I’ve ever done! Issac was kind, energetic, and understanding and sold me my very first SUV. The store manager Rex was the perfect mix of professional and class. #customer4life
