We came in to rest a car we made a reservation for. The guy are the desk said that he called the day before, but since we didn't pick up, and he missed our call. He didn't hold our order, and has decided to send us to another enterprise 30 minutes away. Doesn't want to help any more than that, and puts the blame on us for not calling to confirm. Which we did. Unhappy at the moment.
