my not so good review does not involve this location but the overall service of Enterprise. i had a flat while 150 miles from this location so i called and contacted roadside assistance which in turn sent AAA. they changed the tire to the spare- no problem. the issue was that i was instructed to take the car to the nearest location. i informed the person on the phone that i was very limited in time so she called them and set it up and called me back to let me know that everything was taken care of. worse attitude and find any little think to charge you extra for 10 min charge me extra 2 hrs almost the price of and extra day
everytime I try and give them my business they act like they cant give you a deal....but amazingly you can go to another dealership Weisner in Conroe and wow no problem they get you into the car you want and at the price you want to pay monthly. I have done this twice now. I will avoid forever. seems like they just dont care if they get your business unless they are sticking it to you. Dont waste your time.
High pressure sales. 60 day satisfaction is a gimmick cuz when they make a deal they tell you the deal is good if you sign a waiver for the 60 day satisfaction. Most expensive gap insurance around. Worst mistake I ever made
We felt no pressure buying from them. Nice surprise.
