The staff at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Guilford CT was extremely helpful and able to fit me in on a last minute rental request. The process to rent was very straightforward. The vehicle rented was in excellent shape and clean. The process to return was quick and easy. My deposit on the vehicle was returned within 2 days. I would definitely use them again!! Thank you!!
Received a toyota highlander as a rental from enterprise rent a car in guilford ct. the interior of the car is gross. The seats are stained and the upholstery smells. No floor mats. The car is unwashed outside and dirty. The reservation was late. I would be ashamed to rent this car to someone. Very poor customer service enterprise.
