Cancelled my rental because I rented through Priceline. And there are plenty of rentals available. Didn’t call or notify, very disappointing. I asked for the manager she’s sitting right there not saying a peep and when I do say something to her she says “yeah “ like yes I’ve been standing here watching you; while her employees are high as a kite! Don’t go here! Save your time and money!
This place is very disappointing, I’ve rented from them before and left my prescription glasses in the car and called the next morning and they told me I would have to contact lost and found and file out a bunch of paperwork. I rented from them again and when I went to pick up my vehicle they informed me that they had rented all there vehicles as first come first serve. Horrible ppl working. I reserved a full size truck, upon arriving no truck was available so they put me in a “loaner” and I was told a truck was headed back from Ohio and they would call me to swap out. It’s been 3 days, the truck was there this morning when I drove by before they were opened but now it’s gone. I have emailed and called numerous times asking to be put in a truck or full size SUV and have received nothing in 3 days.
