My flight was to land late at night when all the rental car places would already be closed. This was after a snowstorm, and most flights were cancelled or delayed. The staff on the phone were so helpful. They offered info on other transportation and vouched for local driver options when Uber would not go the long distance. This was not at all something I expected when they were not going to get a rental out of it. Thank you!

If for any reason I’m ever in this region again and need a rental car I absolutely WILL NOT use Enterprise. I pre booked a midsize SUV (which I know was available because I overheard the other agent speaking to another customer). The agent handling my booking put me in a Hyundai Kona and said “It’s midsize just like you asked for”. I’m extremely disappointed with her dishonesty. She knew that was a compact size SUV. Jenai, Matt and Louisa were particularly helpful with a couple recent rentals. They made handling a couple one-way rentals super easy. And they were all remarkably knowledgeable and pleasant. Jenai even took care of moving one of my rental returns to the correct parking spot (I had parked it in the incorrect area) after she finished her shift. I will definitely be renting from Enterprise Rent-A-Car at BMI (Bloomington IL airport) any chance I get. Highly recommended!

Enterprise gave me a roach-infested vehicle and left me stranded for a day! I’ve rented from this location before and got a dirty car, but this time was beyond disgusting — the car was infested with roaches. When I opened the door, they were crawling all over the seats, console, and floor. I called immediately and was told a replacement would come the next morning, but it never arrived until late afternoon, causing me to miss a full day of work. I have pictures and videos to prove it.
