Enterprise gave me a roach-infested vehicle and left me stranded for a day! I’ve rented from this location before and got a dirty car, but this time was beyond disgusting — the car was infested with roaches. When I opened the door, they were crawling all over the seats, console, and floor. I called immediately and was told a replacement would come the next morning, but it never arrived until late afternoon, causing me to miss a full day of work. I have pictures and videos to prove it. Book a car online and then told at pick up they cannot accept a debit card for payment and must be a major credit card.
I received helpful service here after my flight was cancelled and I needed a one way rental to get home. Although they didn't have any cars available the staff was polite and understanding, they ended up helping me coordinate with the Champaign location to get a car. I wish other Enterprise locations in Bloomington were open on Sundays, but at least this place was able to help me find something.
Just check other reviews about pick up truck. Absolute liars. I booked a pick up truck through Costco, when I showed up, they said that they are sold out on pick up trucks. And they are moving all pick up trucks from the area just recently. I checked other reviews and there are the same type of reviews from months ago!
