The customer service at this location was impeccable I recommend that if you are in the Killeen area please rent from this location These are great genuine people….totally awesome experience here
Terrible experience. As I pulled in to get my car the worker ran to lock the door and would not let me in although I had a rental scheduled to be picked up. It was 1pm on the dot and instead of being accommodating, they chose to be jerks
some of the best service i have received from any business. i will rent with them again and i highly recommend.
