I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION! I’ve had three terrible experiences here, and the service has been unacceptable every time. Long wait times: Expect to wait an hour or more. Poor customer service: Staff don’t show concern for customers waiting. No one answers the phone: Getting help is almost impossible. I had to rent a car due to car repairs. An Enterprise representative picked me up free of charge from the repair shop. The Enterprise representatives was super friendly. When I arrived at the location, there were lots of people waiting for a car. The temperature 🌡 of most of the customers were very hot, deeply dissatisfied because Enterprise didn't have enough cars in their fleet to accommodate the type of car the customers had in mind, or had reserved.
