Overall good experience. Attentive and friendly service. Vehicles are clean and in good condition.
Extended the rental, Process however the process was completed incorrectly and was not fully explained and at the check out there was an issue with the billing process. Received this Receipt modified from we agreed to initially and was not processed correctly. Causing my Checking to be overdrawn. Totally disappointed. I am Veteran with 23 years of service, and on a very fixed income, this process really places me in a bind. Thank you.
