Maci was phenomenal! We recently rented a car with this location while my car was in the shop and she was so great! The car drove wonderfully and when we had to extend the reservation she made it so easy. This will be absolutely be the location I rent from in the future.
Renting was a not complicated not picking vehicle up. Love the sign in option before you arrive. Truck was a smooth ride and customer service was great.

One star is honestly too generous for this location. I’ve rented from here multiple times in the past without issue, but since a training manager named Maci has been there, my experiences have taken a negative turn that feels personal. I made a reservation a day in advance, only to be told when I arrived that they were not honoring reservations.
