I booked a reservation over a month in advance, only to be told by Jaron (or Jared) that my reservation did not guarantee a vehicle would actually be available on the day of pickup. That completely defeats the purpose of reserving in advance. When I asked questions to better understand the situation, he seemed bothered, annoyed, and unwilling to help. Maci was phenomenal! We recently rented a car with this location while my car was in the shop and she was so great! The car drove wonderfully and when we had to extend the reservation she made it so easy. This will be absolutely be the location I rent from in the future.
Renting was a not complicated not picking vehicle up. Love the sign in option before you arrive. Truck was a smooth ride and customer service was great.
