Got hung up on twice while on hold. Not customer friendly. Edit: You reply takes me to a link with a big "Closed" sign and highlighting incredibly limited hours. How on earth is this "great customer service"? Chat is currently unavailable. I’ve rented cars from Enterprise many times and never had any problems — but this location is an exception. Even as a Gold member, they don’t allow free upgrades and always have excuses. One-way rentals and drop-offs aren’t allowed, and they’ve even claimed the location was closed, then charged me for an extra day. I’ve had to call multiple times to get things fixed. Too many issues here — really wish this place had better, more customer-friendly management.
This was my number one location until the manager tried to play me dirty!!! I literally rented here every 2 weeks for an entire summer of 2025 with my debit card. He waited until I had an important interview at 10am to tell me I can’t use my debit card anymore. He literally threw me on one his employees knowing it will cause problem because my credit cards had some problem for a short period of time and I truly don’t like using credit cards now because of the high interest so I prefer paying upfront. Was helped out by Anthony at this location when I wanted to rent a car for a long weekend. Very very simple process and I got everything I needed with ease - thank you again for your help! Will definitely come back to this location the next time I need to rent a car.

Their customer care is outstanding—friendly, helpful staff made the process smooth from start to finish.
