Excellent experience from when we landed from Halifax and when we left home. The same employee helped us and was Excellent, Professional and very Courteous. A real pleasure.
Terrible service – avoid this location! Returned my rental on Aug 4 at 9:50 AM and handed the keys to an Enterprise rep, but they marked it as returned on Aug 5, charging me an extra day. I even shared proof with my Uber receipt showing I left right after. To make it worse, the invoice says I drove 4,674 km, when I only went from Quebec City to Montreal to Waterloo Airport. Completely inaccurate and unacceptable. Stay away from this branch.
Very bad experience, we booked a car online and when i went there to pick they gave us another car and they said you are not allowed to rent this car then why they booked??? Actually he gave that car to his friend.
