I’ve worked in customer service my entire life, and I just had to take a moment to recognize Aubree at the Castle Hayne branch because she is an absolute rockstar employee. This young lady was running the entire branch ALONE on an extremely busy Friday, and somehow she managed to keep everything moving smoothly. She was balancing a full lobby of customers while also helping prepare vehicles, all without ever losing her composure.
