Can’t answer the phone terrible customer service.
No issues whatsoever with the staff, everyone was very nice. Sadly the corporate does not have a way to review. Rented a vehicle online (under$100) for a day. Website would not allow me to change to a one way trip to a different state. When I got there I was advised that a one way trip cost more. Went from $100 to $300. The vehicle I rented was tagged for Ohio (the state I was going to)!!!! So I'm getting triple charged for bringing the vehicle back to it's home???
