Really kind staff that made the pickup and drop off process easy and seamless
Chrys was thoughtfully efficient when I picked up the rental. The upgrade was a nice touch. He also made sure I was all set before leaving the rental lot. Aditi was wonderful as well when I returned the rental. They both made sure I understood the estimated and final charges. I appreciated the kindness and transparency though out my rental experience. Keep up the good work.

Terrible service. I had issue with reader and they didn’t offer any other option to solve the problem. Never use this branch. I really never seen such awful service in Canada. A guy called Rahul Khurana is manager and refuse to help in any way. He really almost ruin all our plan. At the end I went to budget Car Rental and they just solved the card reader problem.
