During my trip from Ontario to Vancouver, I rented a car from this branch for 3 days. The staff were professional and polite, and the whole process went smoothly without any issues.
Today Jack helped me with renting a car. I think he was very responsible—he carefully inspected the vehicle for me, explained how to use the switches and buttons inside, and the car was also provided with a full tank of gas. It was pretty good, very nice!
The staff here were neither friendly nor helpful, particularly the two women at the front desk. I rented a car from this location and immediately had some issues, the Bluetooth didn’t work and the car had a bad odor. When I mentioned this, they offered me a larger vehicle, but I had specifically booked a small car and wanted something similar. Instead of trying to resolve the problem or fix the car, they bluntly told me my only option was to get a refund and go to another Enterprise location. This was especially inconvenient... read more
