Terrible experience at this location... Staff are not trustworthy and will do anything to try to pass costs to customer. I had booked a car for morning pick up and they were busy and ran out of cars. No problem, I can be understanding. Due to this, the desk agent called for someone to bring in a car from somewhere else and at the time I didn't think much of it as I've usually always had good service with Enterprise and was ready to get on our way. on Monday, I had a reservation made by my insurance claim adjuster while my minivan is being fixed. Spoke with this location on Monday, they said that there are no vehicles for me but is expecting something to come back tomorrow but there is a chance that they might extend the booking. They suggested that I contact the other location on Bridgeport road to see if they have anything. Extremely disappointed with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. My insurance claim was mistakenly used for another customer with a similar name, and I was wrongly billed for a rental I never used. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, Enterprise kept pushing the responsibility onto the dealership, while the dealership told me to go back to Enterprise. I’d reserved a car and confirmed it a day prior over phone. I arrive to find some terrible “biological” stains on the car seat- the person said they don’t know what it is and asked me to take the car. Then they offered to change the car and said they’ll get the new car in 10 min. I agreed it and it’s been 40 min and still the car hasn’t arrived. Not a good location book cars - terrible service, dirty cars. Either focus your efforts on cleaning a car, or giving the right information
