Laura H who greeted us at 8am as soon as they opened on Saturday was very helpful & informative with our queries regarding our rental. Very professional & friendly. One of my best & smoothest experiences in getting a rental car ever. Will def be back in any future trips to Vancouver. Think she's brought the luck of the Irish with her :)
Everything went well. Staffs are so polite. Cars are well maintained I can say. Overall, it was an excellent experience and would highly recommend.

the overall rental experience was smooth and convenient. I appreciated the quick pickup process and the flexibility of the self-return arrangements, which made the return process simple and efficient. The vehicle itself was clean and comfortable to drive.
