Customer service from Richmond Beckwith Rd is the best I got from any enterprise office so far. Representative(Wish I remember her name)was really helpful and kind of explained and gave proper walk thru of the vehicle fuel type, Where is Registration etc.(which was a first for me) She was very welcoming and helpful.I noticed she took care safety of vehicle by noting down where I stay in a polite way. Vehicle was perfect and clean.Overall the best experience I had from enterprise.
