Saunam was excellent and fair to deal with. The guy is super friendly, and I swear has eight arms on how much he does at once. If you have an issue with the car, call him and he will do his best. Highly recommend this service. Thanks very much Saunam!

Absolutely horrible customer service. I have used Enterprise for many rentals so sadly I was somewhat 'loyal' to them. I made a reservation for YVR, with a request for an add-on feature. As this had to be confirmed with a person in branch, my reservation was pending. For the following few days, I tried calling the branch but I was always put through to a central Enterprise call centre, who couldn't help and refused to put me through to the branch or to speak to them on my behalf to get some clarity on whether I'd actually ha... read more
