Service 5 étoiles ! Personnel accueillant, humain, souriant ! J’ai eu à faire affaire avec vous à deux reprises en quelques semaines suite à des problèmes avec mon véhicule et vous avez rendu le tout fort facilitant. Véhicule en excellente condition.
Mon expérience de location récente chez Enterprise a été incroyablement frustrante et inacceptable. Malgré la réservation faite par mon assureur, j'ai fait face à des délais répétés d'une journée juste pour prendre possession d'un véhicule. La première voiture, une Mazda 3, a été rappelée en raison de problèmes de sécurité d'airbags après une seule journée, entraînant un autre délai pour un remplacement.
