This company, especially this office, are *very* customer-service oriented! The staff shows genuine concern for you when you're in need (your car's in the shop, etc.), and they will help you. The pick-up service is impressive - not every rental company does that. Kudos!
This was my first time reserving with Enterprise and the experience was not so great! Showed up on our scheduled pick up time and location just to be told that the they did not have the 15 passanger that I had reserved to get to Alabama to attend a wedding with other bridesmaids and groomsmen. Had to wait the next day to get a van and lucky because someone else had canceled their reservations. Due to the rental mix up the wedding had to be pushed back several hours.
