Enterprise has and will continue to be my go to place when renting a car. I’ve never had any issues with the vehicle(s) and my interactions with staff have always been pleasant. On this particular occasion I was looking for a specific class of vehicle and was finding it a bit challenging in locating one. We were planning on flying into Henderson Executive Airport but the weather prevented us from doing so. The customer service at Enterprise is excellent! They went out of their way to get us a vehicle. We’re sad the trip didn’t work out. Thank you for your efforts to take care of us!
