The last time I sent in a review I was not pleased. However, I would like to tell you of my experience today with my son renting an automobile. Anthony helped us here in Greenville at the Greenvile Blvd location.( same place as before but wow, what a difference) HE had superior customer service skills. Anthony was fast, yet accurate. I rent from Enterprise every time I need a rental simply because my first experience was wonderful. From that point on things slowly changed and went downhill. They change rental policies way too often and are never consistent across the board. If I could rent from other places, I probably would. Since I can't, I have Enterprise.
