Always great service. Every one of the employees are incredible. I rent once a month and always have a good experience. Not a fan of the $200 deposit they have now, but I can deal with that since I get great service.
The worst customer experience I have ever had. Made and confirmed a reservation online and when I arrived they first tried to see if I could come back the next day as they didn't have a car. Then tried to force me to pay more money for a larger car and I didn't reserve or confirm. When I complained the desk representative was unbelievably rude and even shut me down when I tried to complain. When I returned my vehicle, she didn't even try to make eye contact.
