Rented a Minivan from this Enterprise location. Our Family had a fantastic experience start to finish. Chris and Dane were great to work with at this location. Very good communicators and fast and efficient. We also extended our rental over the phone and it was quick and easy. Will rent again in the future.
What I liked most about my experience with Enterprise was the great customer service. Chris at the Henderson location really helped me in a time of need. He was great with communication and answered all the questions I asked in a timely manner. If anything he’s the reason I’d rent a car through Enterprise again. I can tell he takes his job seriously and care about the customers. Thank you Chris!
It is always a pleasure renting from Enterprise. I accidentally booked the wrong branch, but the team proactively called and adjusted my reservation to another location nearby. When I arrived at the original location, the staff quickly located my reservation, transferred it, and accommodated me with my usual car class. Later, when I called to return the vehicle early via the drop box, the team promptly returned my missed call, walked me through the procedure, and emailed my receipt immediately. I always rent cars with enterprise, never had a bad experience. They have nice clean cars. Sometimes they even have brand new cars. They are easy to do business with.
