I have to do my best to separate my experience with the car I rented and the customer service that was provided. Initially reserved an economy sized car a week ahead when we needed it. When entering, we were greeted by the floor manager, Rae. Granted we had all required information, but the process was so fast, it almost seemed criminal. This also includes an upsell on Rae's part. Great company to rent from. I had engine problems recently with one of our rentals and the location on Warm Springs with employee Regina was so helpful. Got me in a new rental asap without any hassle. Also the location at 810 S. Boulder is so nice and customer service was great.
