I had to get a last minute rental...and although I've rented from enterprise before, Ray made it a completely different experience...she was amazing !!!!!
I rented a car here and upon receiving the rental, I was offered the insurance plan of $20 per day. I told the employee I would like to only set it up for the first day while I get used to the car and that’s what was agreed upon. I paid the $100 deposit plus $20 for the one day of insurance. Upon returning the car, they were unable to return my deposit because they had mistakenly put the insurance in for the whole week! I was obviously very upset so I was complaining with the female manager over the phone. She was very rude ... read more
