Exceptional Service was given to me by staff at the Winnipeg airport from picking up and dropping off vehicle
I didn't get the name of the gentleman who helped us, but he was awesome! As first time renters he made the experience quick and easy and answered all of our questions with patience and kindness :) Edit: I found the card that he gave me when we picked up the car, his name was Nathan! Thank you again for such great service! :D
Terrible front desk service. They give one price and change it at last minute with overcharges. Not the same at other locations.
I picked up the rental from the Enterprise counter at the Winnipeg Airport. It was very busy. However I received a warm welcome as did all guests that morning from Roman. He maintained his composure the entire time and check-in was flawless. Even though the Volvo that we were presented with had 68,800 kms on it, the vehicle was as good as new (quite impressive).
