The worst experience yet when renting a car No words can express the difficult situation Enterprise left me an my family in. The person behind the desk seemed to enjoy the pain he was putting us in.
Rented a minivan for 10 days to drive to Dryden ON and back. 30 miles from the airport it began giving warnings of problems with the precollision system and headlights. Another message said to take it for servicing. When I arrived in Dryden I called roadside assistance and they did not arrange a replacement vehicle but told me to go to the Dryden office.
