Booked a reservation for when they opened at 8:30 am. When we arrived there was no rental cars in the Parking lot and some people detailing cars next door told us they don't actually use this location. Sign on the door said that no one would even be in the office till ten. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!

avoid this location if you can. If you call this location and they are busy, the automated system will transfer your call to the location on base. This happened to me and the lady told me to meet her her at this location at 2:30 on the dot. I got there and he was not expecting me. My interaction with this location was very unprofessional. He called the original lady and I heard him lowering his voice and telling her its suppose to be an insurance use car. The place wasn't open. 7-9-2025 called no answer even though it was 9:30 am.. Had to wait 30 minutes until two ladies came walking from the down the parking lot to open up the business. The lady at the front desk is very rude need she needs classes on how to speak and treat customers with respect and understanding. I will not ever recommend this place to anyone. Hopefully, they will get their employees' customer service training or hire new one's.

I wish I could give NO STARS our drop off and pick was HORRIBLE because the employees here don't know how to be on time! please get employees that are reliable and respects the customers time. I saw a review talking about this issue, but I figured since it was a year ago....things may have changed, but NO! This was our first time using ENTERPRISE and let me tell you, NEVER AGAIN!! It's 9am and the business that's stated to be open at 8:30am is still CLOSED
