I recently rented a car through Enterprise on Page Rd Ext and found the service reps' professionalism, timeliness, and knowledge to be exemplary. Austin was competent, efficient, and confident in his knowledge of my reservation and the type of car requested. I'll rent from this Enterprise office again because the people who work there are professional, the car was well maintained, and Austin displayed exceptional communication skills. Superb experience. Give Austin a raise, Enterprise.
Terrible customer service.
The people that work here have zero customer service skills. One girl sat at the front desk on her phone the entire time. Walked in after calling them twice earlier in the day just for them to say they couldn’t help because I didn’t have a physical card for them to enter a chip in there machine?? They wouldn’t take my apple pay or card number. They didn’t have any full sized Sudan’s available & were asking me to come back to switch the cars out & still were absolutely no help. Selecting a rental was easy. Vehicle ran smoothly during entire rental period. On site staff was helpful and efficient.
Do not use this Enterprise! They literally left drugs in my car from the previous occupant. I recently rented a car from there there because my SUV was being repaired by Hendrix Collision, right next door. I was told by my car insurance to use this Enterprise for my rental car. The car I was given ran well. I had no issues with the performance of the rental. I do have issues with the fact that this Enterprise very clearly does not clean/flip the cars very well.
