The first car I got was disgusting inside. It smelled like wet dog and wasn’t even cleaned at all, when I call I got 2 excuses “the car only has 10,00 miles on it” and “I asked the last customer if it was good to go”. So they swapped it out for a truck. Overall they are fairly nice until you question the cars then you get the excuse we’re short handed and don’t have time to clean them.
They were very informative about renting a car after a car accident.
I usually don’t write a review and don’t put low stars. But if I could give them 0, I would’ve. We made a reservation, and my husband was about to pick up a car, and they told that they do not accept apple pay, like hello it’s 2025, most people pay with apple pay. He didn’t have physical credit cards, but he had credit cards numbers and all the info. Forced to use debit and was very inconvenient. Front desk guy was RUDE and keep telling that only accept physical card. Happened June 6
