I strongly urge others to think twice before booking with Enterprise, especially if reliability and proper customer service are important to their plans. I had a confirmed reservation for Wednesday, April 16 at the Sudbury Airport location (managed by 900 Kingsway), but when I arrived, the Enterprise counter was completely unattended.
