Had them booked thru my insurance to come pick me up today at my car repair shop. Waited over 1 and half hour for them to come pick me up. Noone did wouldnt pick up our phone call either. Eventually did uber and left. Horrendous service
I spoke to someone over the phone after I booked online. They said I would need a credit card instead of my debit card or i'd need 2 utility bills to use my debit. I said I have no utility bills since they're included in my rent. And I said I didn't have my credit card on me. Guy said no problem we'll figure it out that I could call back with the cc number.
