Service was great- very accommodating staff for registration and because I Needed a ride to and from Ford to get service for my car. The car itself was not so great. Dirty inside and out. Asked the rep why they don’t wash or vacuum or clean the windshield at least before renting a car out and he said ‘We can if you request it.’ I didn’t have time to wait for that so I declined. Rented twice from this Enterprise location in Lexington, SC. Had good luck both times. Good selection of cars. Fair prices. Did a lot of the 'paperwork' ahead time online. Once I was there, I had the key to the car in less than five minutes. They did put a $ 300 hold on my debit but released it in a reasonable amount of time. Google Maps has it located a little bit off from where it actually is - closer to Taco Bell.
Very disappointing. We booked a luxury model, but they gave us a lower model and still charged us for the luxury model!
Very positive experience with this location. Everyone was very professional. They even picked me up at Caliber Collision. And after my vehicle was fixed they dropped me off at the body shop. Super nice employees. I recommend.
