Quick and easy process and very responsive.
Reserved a car went to the store and they didn't have any cars for two days They claimed it was a glitch but is not. It is a corporate strategy called Bait and Switch which is illegal in blue states
I've rented multiple cars here and for the most part it's been good but I've had some iffy interactions as well. One rental had not been checked, had issues and delayed my trip but the manager made everything right which I appreciated. This week's rental, customer service was not great and it took me 12 calls, two texts and two emails to reach someone about a garage door opener I'd left in the car. I would appreciate if the manager would give me a call since I've already sent my information.
