Very pleased with how they deal with customer complaints. The manager on site named Aiden is a really good professional young man with great manners. Will come back at this location again.

Always satisfied. The staff are really amazing. Cars are nice. I always use this establishment in Bells Corners. I live in Kanata South.
All around amazing customer service. This team went above and beyond to meet my needs for a rental vehicle. So nice to go into a business when everyone seems so happy to be there smiles on their face’s and striking up conversations. I will definitely be going back to this location. Well done to all the employees who work here.
Enterprise West Ottawa, ON car rental staff are excellent (Bells Corners and Kanata). Price was reasonable. Will rent again from Enterprise.
