Rental Vehicle 2024 Wagoneer overheated left my family and myself stranded in middle of nowhere. I had to get a hotel since it was to late to drive 650 miles away, got billed 2 days and got blamed for a wear and tear on mini van that was given to me that was obvious that was not done by us in the 24 hours we had the vehicle. I am seeking reimbursement on the fuel up on the piece of crap that was initially given to us and reimbursement on the hotel expense
I recently rented a car from Enterprise from June 28th to June 30th. I returned the vehicle on time, before 9 PM on June 30th, as stated in the email confirmation I received from Enterprise. Despite following the return instructions precisely, I was incorrectly charged for an extra day, extending my rental period to July 1st.
