I picked up my rental car at Bingle & N/W Frwy location, it was.quick and easy the manager I forget his name. was very helpful. Returnd car at Fred Haas Toyota enterprise location on I45 North in Spring, Texas, no exta charge. MARK LACANILAO with Enterprise came directly to the Toyota collision shop where I had a load of personal belongings to take out of the rental car, he helped me unload the car and put it in mine, He was extremely nice to deal with and a pleasure to speak with. When I advised the Manager that I had a mechanical issue with my last rental car, he was very Polite and completely resolved the issue. Thank You for the Great Service.
Lack of vehicles on site, had to wait hours for a returned car to be cleaned. And then it wasn’t fully cleaned… Sticky material all over driver side of car…
Rate was too high even though a specialty rental, seriously. Enterprise reservation system and coordination w/ pick-up and drop-off were smooth as silk. Agents in local office well trained, professional as well as most courteous. Pros- Enterprise consistency and good service at this location must be complimented. Both Phillip and Joe delivered a best in class experience at Fred Haas Cons - Car could have been cleaner on exterior and glass. Oil Change light was not reset. Engine ran a bit rough at idle and low gears.
I had an absolutely terrible experience with the Enterprise location in the Fred Hass Toyota dealership. At pickup, I was rushed through the inspection process forcing me to miss some damage on door. I had the awful car less than 24 hours, it smelled so musty it made me sick and already had damaged. Now they are claiming I damaged the car and claiming it on my insurance. It is absolutely not fair to make me pay for someone else's damage, that has likley already been claimed on someone else's insurance. I will caution everyon... read more
